Vice president of ISOC Venezuela from 2014 to 2016. Since 2011 involved in the organization of the local Internet Governance Forum. Active speaker in Net neutrality, IPv6 adoption and multistakeholderism in my country. Nominated to the ALAC by the NomCom for 2017-2019 period
