Bob Parsons
Bob Parsons is the President and CEO of GoDaddy and Wild West Domains. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Parsons holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore. In 1969, he did a tour of Vietnam as a rifleman with the United States Marine Corps. In 1984, he founded Parsons Technology Inc. and in 1996, sold the 1,000-employee company to Intuit. In 1997, Parsons founded GoDaddy.com, which quickly carved out a niche as an affordable alternative to the larger companies that monopolized the early Internet domain registration market.
