Creating A Company Page

Jump to: navigation, search

Creating a company or organization page is a great way to inform the public:

  1. What your Organization is about.
  2. Introduce members of your team.
  3. Personalize members of your organization.
  4. Provide information, papers from your organization useful for the reader.

Every company or organization page should have a minumum of three sections:

  1. Company Header which includes the organization's name, logo, website and location
  2. Company Description
  3. Associate Listing
  4. Associate Gallery

To make sure your company is listed in the wiki's listing of companies:

Make sure the bottom of your organization's wiki page contains "Category: Companies". If not, add the string, "[[Category:Companies]]" to the bottom of your organization page.

Examples:

Here are some examples of nicely done organizational wiki pages:

Sedo
Paragon Language Services

So with that in mind, let's begin!

Company Header

Simply utilize the following code structure as a foundation for implementing your company's, or organization's information. Please make sure that your company's, or organization's logo has been uploaded to the wiki.

To upload your logo, click on "Upload File" found in the "Toolbox" section of the wiki. Please note the syntax of your newly uploaded logo, or "Image" file as that will be the file name you will use when displaying your logo.
